Faith Mirror는 신앙적 자기성찰과 성장을 돕기 위한 도구입니다. 테스트 결과와 안내는 참고용이며 의학적 또는 심리학적 진단이 아닙니다.
2. 진단이 아닙니다
Faith Mirror는 사용자를 고정된 유형으로 규정하거나 판단하지 않고 성향을 부드럽게 비춰드립니다. 삶의 중요한 결정은 기도와 분별, 신뢰할 수 있는 공동체의 조언 안에서 사용자의 책임으로 내려주세요.
3. 콘텐츠와 저작권
Faith Mirror에 내장된 성경 관련 콘텐츠는 책·장·절 참조와 개발자가 작성한 요약·바꿔쓴 설명을 사용하며, 특정 성경 번역본의 구절 본문을 싣거나 해당 번역본을 사용했다고 표시하지 않습니다. 실제 본문은 사용자가 이용하는 성경 앱이나 웹사이트에서 확인해 주세요. 개발자가 작성하거나 제작한 글, 이미지 및 기타 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 관련 법이 허용하지 않는 방식으로 복제, 배포 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. AI로 생성된 내용
AI 기능은 지원되는 기기 내 Apple 모델, 사용자가 명시적으로 선택한 Apple Private Cloud Compute(PCC), 또는 사용자가 동의하고 본인의 API 키를 등록한 OpenAI를 사용할 수 있습니다. Faith Mirror는 AI가 성경을 언급할 때 참조와 자체 요약·바꿔쓴 설명만 사용하고 구절 본문을 인용하지 않도록 지시합니다. 다만 생성 모델의 동작에 따라 AI 응답이 성경 번역문을 포함한 제3자 콘텐츠를 독립적으로 인용하거나 재현할 수 있으며, 이러한 생성 결과에는 선택한 제공자의 약관과 사용자의 이용 방식이 적용됩니다. AI 해설은 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있고 신학적·사실적 정확성을 보장하지 않으므로 자기성찰을 위한 참고 자료로만 사용해 주세요.
PCC와 OpenAI의 처리 방식, 적용 약관, 동의 철회 방법은 Faith Mirror 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요. OpenAI를 선택하면 OpenAI 서비스 약관, OpenAI 데이터 정책 및 사용자 계정의 API 사용료가 적용됩니다.
5. 사용자의 책임
사용자는 다음 사항에 책임이 있습니다.
- OpenAI를 사용하는 경우 API 키를, 백업을 내보내는 경우 백업 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리하는 일
- 내보낸 파일 및 공유 결과의 수신자를 확인하는 일
- OpenAI를 사용하는 경우 자신의 계정에서 발생한 API 사용료
- 필요한 데이터를 적절히 백업하는 일
- 앱을 합법적이고 타인에게 해를 끼치지 않는 방식으로 사용하는 일
6. 서비스 변경과 가용성
기기 저장 공간, OS·언어·모델 지원 여부, 인터넷 연결, PCC 일일 사용 한도 또는 OpenAI 서비스 상태에 따라 일부 기능이 일시적으로 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. Faith Mirror는 서비스를 개선하거나 변경할 수 있으며 법적 또는 보안상 필요한 경우 일부 기능을 중단할 수 있습니다.
7. 보증과 책임의 한계
관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 Faith Mirror는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무중단·무오류 작동을 보장하지 않습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적 또는 부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법에 따라 제한하거나 배제할 수 없는 소비자의 권리에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

1. About the service
Faith Mirror is a tool to support faith-based self-reflection and growth. Results and guidance are for reflection only and are not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
2. Not a diagnosis
Faith Mirror does not define or judge you as a fixed type; it gently reflects tendencies. Important life decisions remain your own, best made through prayer, discernment, and trusted community.
3. Content and copyright
Built-in Scripture-related content uses book, chapter, and verse references together with original summaries and paraphrases written for Faith Mirror. It does not reproduce verse text from, or claim to use, a particular Bible translation. Read the full text in your own Bible app or website. Rights in text, images, and other content authored or produced by the developer belong to the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit that content except as permitted by applicable law.
4. AI-generated content
AI features may use a supported on-device Apple model, Apple Private Cloud Compute (PCC) that you explicitly select, or OpenAI after you consent and add your own API key. Faith Mirror instructs the AI to use Scripture references and original summaries or paraphrases, and not to quote verse text. However, depending on model behavior, an AI response may independently quote or reproduce third-party content, including Bible translation text; the selected provider's terms and your use govern that generated output. AI insights may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not guaranteed to be theologically or factually correct. Use them only as a reflection aid.

5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Securing your API key when using OpenAI and your backup password when exporting a backup
- Confirming recipients of exported files and shared results
- API charges incurred through your OpenAI account when you use OpenAI
- Keeping appropriate backups of data you need
- Using the app lawfully and without harming others
6. Service changes and availability
Some features may be temporarily unavailable because of device storage; OS, language, or model support; network connectivity; PCC daily usage limits; or OpenAI service status. Faith Mirror may improve or change the service and may discontinue a feature when required for legal or security reasons.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Faith Mirror is provided “as is,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we update this document and its last-updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
