데이터를 삭제하고 싶어요
Faith Mirror는 회원가입 계정이나 개발자 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 앱의 설정에서 OpenAI용 API 키 삭제 또는 모든 데이터 삭제를 선택할 수 있습니다. API 키를 삭제해도 지원되는 기기의 Apple 기기 내 AI와 Private Cloud Compute는 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. Faith Mirror 1.0은 기록을 기기에만 저장하며, 이미 내보내거나 공유한 파일은 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.
AI 기능이 작동하지 않아요
설정의 AI 제공자에서 선택한 방식과 현재 활성 모델을 확인해 주세요. 기기 내 모델을 쓸 수 없다면 OS, Apple Intelligence 기기·언어 지원 상태를 확인하세요. Private Cloud Compute를 선택했다면 인터넷 연결, 지원되는 OS·기기와 일일 사용 한도를 확인하세요. OpenAI를 사용한다면 OpenAI 대체 모델 설정에서 전송 동의, 본인 API 키, 인터넷 연결과 OpenAI 계정 한도를 확인하세요. 키나 결제 정보는 이메일로 보내지 마세요.
저널 잠금을 열 수 없어요
저널 잠금은 Face ID, Touch ID 또는 기기 암호를 사용합니다. 먼저 iOS 설정에서 기기 인증이 구성되어 있는지 확인해 주세요. Faith Mirror는 얼굴이나 지문 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

Faith Mirror의 결과와 AI 해설은 신앙적 자기성찰을 돕기 위한 참고 자료입니다. 의학적·심리학적 진단이나 전문적인 신학 상담을 대신하지 않습니다.

Email support
Include your iOS version, Faith Mirror app version, the affected screen, and reproduction steps so we can investigate efficiently. Never email an API key, backup password, journal text, or other sensitive content.
I want to delete my data
Faith Mirror has no sign-up account or developer-operated server. In the app's Settings, choose Delete API Key for OpenAI or Delete All Data. Deleting the key does not disable Apple's on-device AI or Private Cloud Compute on supported devices. Faith Mirror 1.0 stores records only on the device; files you already exported or shared must be deleted separately.
The AI feature is not working
Under AI Provider in Settings, check your selection and the currently active model. If the on-device model is unavailable, confirm OS, Apple Intelligence device, and language support. For Private Cloud Compute, check connectivity, supported OS and device, and the daily usage limit. For OpenAI, check data-sharing consent, your own API key, connectivity, and OpenAI account limits under OpenAI Fallback Setup. Never send your key or billing information by email.
I cannot unlock a journal
Journal locking uses Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. Confirm that device authentication is configured in iOS Settings. Faith Mirror never receives or stores face or fingerprint data.
